FAQs

How does heavy duty cantilever racking work?

Heavy duty cantilever racking is built to store long, bulky, or oversized items that can’t be stored on standard pallet racking. . Instead of shelves, it uses horizontal arms supported by vertical columns, making it easy to access materials like timber, pipes, and large bundles. This tough system is perfect for items that need extra support, helping you make the most of your warehouse space while keeping everything neat and organised.

What are the benefits of heavy duty cantilever racking?

The key benefits of heavy duty cantilever racking are its efficient use of vertical space, easy access to long or awkwardly shaped materials, and the ability to securely store large, heavy items. This system is highly customisable, with flexible heights, bay lengths and raised arm options available, making it a reliable and adaptable storage solution for your warehouse.

Which items can be stored in heavy duty cantilever racking?

This racking system is ideal for storing long, bulky, or irregularly shaped items like timber, pipes, metal sheets, aluminium, furniture, doors, and other large building materials. It’s also great for storing bundles of these products. Heavy duty cantilever racking is perfect for warehouses that need to store heavy or oversized goods efficiently, especially stock that can’t be stored in traditional pallet racking systems.

What heavy duty cantilever racking configurations are available?

Our heavy duty cantilever racking systems are fully configurable to suit your warehouse. You can choose from different arm lengths, column heights, and bay lengths to create a racking system that works perfectly for your space and the stock being stored. Whether you need a single-sided or double-sided cantilever system, we’ll tailor it to suit your requirements, ensuring optimal storage and easy access.

Is heavy duty cantilever racking suitable for my warehouse?

If your warehouse deals with storing long, heavy, or non-standard-sized materials, then heavy duty cantilever racking can be a great storage option. It’s designed to help businesses like yours maximise storage space while improving accessibility.

Heavy duty cantilever racking is built to support heavy loads, with capacity ratings typically ranging up to 1000kg per arm, depending on the arm length and configuration. Our team can help you choose the right setup based on the weight of your stock, ensuring the racking system is robust enough for your needs.
