We provide delivery to all metropolitan areas and regional areas in Victoria. For customers outside Victoria, please refer to the delivery
guidelines below.

• New South Wales - Stock is dispatched from our depot in Prestons, NSW 2170
• Queensland - Stock is dispatched from our depot in Oxley, QLD 4075
• Western Australia - Stock is dispatched from our depot in Osborne Park, WA 6017

Delivery costs vary and are dependent on load size and location. Upon finalisation of materials and delivery location, our team will happily confirm these costs prior to order placement.

Please note, for used pallet racking/ used storage materials we only provide delivery in Victoria.

Lead time is stock specific, so accurate estimates can only be provided by our sales team at the time of order confirmation or during enquiry. However, as general rule, we can facilitate most orders 1 – 2 weeks from order confirmation.

Smaller orders may be fulfilled as soon as the next day/ within the next few working days. Subject to workload and stock accessibility/ readiness.

Installation lead times most frequently sit in the 1 – 3 week range.

Pick up of products is also available from our warehouse, located at 9/59 Jersey Road, Bayswater VIC 3153.

Our warehouse team can assist with the loading of goods, whether loading palletised items, packs of frames and beams, or handloading smaller items.

Please note, it is best to discuss pick up logistics with our team prior to ensure that your vehicle is suitable to transport the materials safely.

Yes, our expert installers complete installation efficiently, safely and in compliance with relevant Australian Standards (AS4084:2023).

Yes, we provide a fast, comprehensive and completely free pallet racking layout design and on-site measure/ consultation. The layout/ configuration that is optimal for your business is dependent on many factors. We will simplify and expedite this entire process, ensuring a cost-effective solution which is right for your business.

Yes, we can relocate your existing racking to your new premises. In this process, we can supplement your system with additional materials and repair any damaged components, ensuring your system is compliant and optimal for your new space.

Yes, we can accurately measure your warehouse and produce a scaled 2D drawing with the proposed racking layout and configuration. In our experience, this process becomes much easier for all parties when all information can be documented, reviewed and revised as necessary.

No, not all brands are compatible which can make it difficult to replace or supplement your existing system if you are unfamiliar with the brands of racking. However, we are here to help and can identify any brand from photos alone. Our industry leading inventory of used racking means we can supply almost any component to match. Our team is regularly receiving new stock and product offerings through our warehouse. Get in touch about the product/s you're after and our team will let you know if we're expecting to get this back in stock, or any additional guidance/ solutions we can offer as an alternative.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate in person viewings of the proposed stock or our stock in general. We appreciate that many customers are unfamiliar with racking and seeing the stock in person can assist you in the decision-making process.

It is best to call to organise a time prior to visiting, as it helps us to ensure the stock in question is easily accessible and our staff is readily prepared to assist you.

For pallet racking which is used as shelving (loading and unloading by hand) it is not required, however for any racking which is mechanically loaded (forklift, walkie stacker etc.) Safe Working Load Rating signs are required.

It is our Policy to only Supply Safe Working Load Rating signs, if we complete the installation ourselves. As a Professional Racking Provider, it is our duty to ensure installation is carried out in line with AS4084:2023, to make certain it is safe for your warehouse team.
